「Biggest issue was poor communication. Once we were checked in, we found there was very little toilet paper and no cleaning supplies. We asked via their Whatsapp they provided if these could be provided and they said yes, but no one ever showed up and no one communicated until we repeatedly complained. No cleaning supplies is a huge problem if there is no cleaning service for an entire week, especially with a family staying.」

「Great location. Very walkable, and easy to get public or Uber transport. 10 miuntes away from Abbey Road Studios, where we were working.」

「The flat was great. Clean and well stocked with standard kitchen and bath items. Door handles and latches need to be replaced. The doors don’t close and require use of a slide lock to keep closed and are out of alignment (loud to unlock at night/morning). Not a huge deal but something that could be upgraded to make it a nicer stay. 「Appartement très bien situé, en tres bon état et tres propre. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie est très confortable. Les 2 metros sont à 10/15min mais plusieurs bus passent à 5/10min. Little Venice accessible le long du canal à 30min à pied. Un grand Sainsbury est à 15 min à pied mais plein de superettes autour (dont un coast cutter) Bien adapté pour 4 adultes, peut etre juste pour 6 (SdB petite et WC non séparés), et trop petit pour 8.」
