"This was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed! It smelled lovely and the overall appearance inside and out was excellent. Check-in was easy and it’s in a great spot. The only downside is the view, huge hotel blocking the beach but not a big deal to us!"

It has old dingy carpet upstairs, old cheap dinnerware, cookware, glassware, etc. Everything is cheap, old and outdated (except the downstairs patio table/chairs, that looks new) Musty smell was horrible -- I went out and bought candles to help mask the smell. Also, this is the first beach house we've ever rented that didn't have any beach gear—no chairs, umbrella, towels. Nothing- so come prepared. "The condo had people working during our stay so it wasn’t no nice at all. The workers shout loud while working, one day we had to get a rapid shower because there was no water all that morning. Our unit had a beautiful view but inside there were many details to arrange. No curtain in the kitchen so everybody can look inside and we didn’t have any privacy at all. We asked for them and they arrange it for the moment. The curtains from the living didn’t exist at all. Some kitchen staff were in bad...

"Very convenient location, close to the beach. Dated condo was perfect for what I needed and the beds were comfortable. Fairly economical for an expensive area. After hours check in was helpful."
