「Our room was overbooked. After a long discussion they wanted to give us our money back....but just netto. We had to discuss again and finally they gave us nearly the price we paid」

「My wife and I just returned from a trip to Bali for our 25th anniversary. This was our second hotel out of 3 which we stayed at during our week there as we traveled around the island.
