There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. "Its located at a very walkable distance right between the Hakata Station and the Canal City. Room is very spacious that I can lay flat my suitcases out with no trouble. Facilities are very well equipped. All in all good. My only minus would be the air filters for the fan and the toilet need replacing."

"This is NOT a place for you if hygiene is important!! The hygiene is not up to standard and not for Japan. It feels the management have tried to cut operation costs and hygiene has been sacrificed. Bad: - Bins are only emptied at the end of your stay attracting crockaches. In summer rubbish begin to smell if you had food. This does not work well with a hotel offering a full functioning kitchen (as people would be cooking) - We were given one roll of toilet paper for a four night stay...

"We booked the Standard Suite for 3 People and got a nice apartment-like room with 3 double beds and one seperate bedroom. The apartment offered everything you need like a wash machine, air refreshing machine, bluetooth speaker, tv, spare pillows, storage room, a well equipped kitchen and a few more other things. The room was very clean and there is a nicely made instruction manual to help you out with all the various equipment the room offers. Would definetely book again!"
