There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. "The hotel was large and had good amenities but my wife stepped on a finger nail from a previous guest and then she found several more laying on the carpet. The couch was in terrible shape, the pleather was pealing off and getting everywhere. The mattresses were very hard and you could feel the springs as you were sleeping. On the good side the shower was large with plenty of room"

This does not work well with a hotel offering a full functioning kitchen (as people would be cooking) - We were given one roll of toilet paper for a four night stay...
