Enjoyable stay for 2 nights

Very easy self service and smooth check in, the overall stay is excellent. Good location with parking lot nearby. Room is spacious, clean and tidy.

집은 비교적 깨끗하고 깔끔하였다. 창밖에서 밤새도록 시끄러운 소리가 나서 잠을 깰정도였음. 체크아웃 타임(10시)이 빨라서 정말 불편했음.

誰が履いたかわからないビショビショなスリッパ、破れかかった食器洗いスポンジ、ホコリだらけの食器には、ちょっとびっくりでした。施設が新しいだけに残念。

自助入宿方便也很快便完成手續,有洗衣粉同洗潔精提供,這點超級方便,附近也有很多自助付費停車場,方便自駕遊人仕 唯一不便就是住宿周邊餐廳不多

가까운 곳에 편의점이 없는 게 가장 아쉬웠어요. 편의점 가려면 좀 걸어나가야해요. 날씨가 좋으면 나카스 번화가까지 걷는 것도 부담스럽진 않은 거리이나 한여름이어서 그 점은 좀 아쉬웠네요. 렌트카 했고 가까운 곳에 주차장이 몇 군데 있었는데, 날마다 빈자리가 달리 나와서 매번 다른 곳에 주차했어요. 20시 이후에 입차하면 밤새 요금이 적게 나오니 큰 부담은 안 되었지만 렌트카 하실 분들은 주차장이 없는 점 참고하세요! 그리고 방은 너무너무 좋았습니다. 침대가 더블로 4개나 있고, 쇼파도 길쭉해서 쇼파에서도 잘 수 있을 정도였어요. 진짜 깨끗했고 부족한 게 없는 숙소였습니다.. 정말 강추해요. 종종 에어컨이 별로 안 시원하다는 느낌을 받았지만 로비가 냉장고처럼 시원해서 잠시 나가서 식히고 들어오면 괜찮았습니다^_^,,, 아무튼 추천하고 또 묵고싶은 숙소입니다~!

조용하고, 독채를 쓰는 기분이 납니다. 그리고 베란다 문을 열면 미니 발코니가 있어서 짱구집 같은 생각이 듭니다. 외관은 그냥 짱구집 같고 사진과 동일합니다. 저렴하게 6명 숙박이 가능했습니다. 숙소 근교에 절이 있는데 그곳도 들려 산책해도 좋아요.

침대가 많아서 가족단위나 단체로 가기 좋아요, 안에 냄비랑 후라이팬 포함한 식기들도 준비되어있고 깔끔합니다. 체크인은 셀프인데 직원과 통화를 해야하고 인당 200엔씩 세금을 따로 내야합니다.

깨끗하고 넓은 방

6명이서 이용하기에 불편함이 없을정도로 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 청결도가 가본 호텔중 탑급이었고 수건사용이 하루치만 주어졌지만 가성비 대비 최고였습니다. 유일한 단점으로는 히터를 틀어도 잘때 추웠어요.

年末年始で宿を利用させていただきました。 博多駅からも、天神からも比較的近く、頑張れば徒歩でも行ける距離です。ただ近隣は暗い細い道が多く、夜になると女の子は怖いかも。 室内は清潔で快適でしたが、連泊すると簡単な清掃道具が欲しくなりました。クイックルワイパーだけでも置いていただけるとありがたいなと思います。 年末年始ということもあり、お隣の部屋の宴会の騒音が夜中まで続いたのが、ちょっときつかったです。 それ以外は特に問題なく過ごせました。

地點相當方便且鬧中取靜，步行5分鐘就有24小時超市，自駕附近車位也相當多，房間又大又乾淨，無人CHECK-IN超方便，非常適合家庭出遊居住，下次來福岡還是會首選！

위치는 중심에서 벗어나 있지만 대부분 도보10 이면 갈수 있는 위치 입니다. 방은 매우 크고 좋네요. 일본에서 이런 방에 잘수있는건 행운이죠. 오히려 연인이나 혼자 조용히 지내기도 좋구 ㅡ여럿이 저렴한 가격에 사용하기도 좋습니다. 이곳은 호텔이라기보단 콘도 이상입니다. 단 딱 하나 아쉬웠던거 ㅡ 체크인 시 인터넷이 안되어서 ㅡ 어려움이 있었네요. 나머진 아주 좋네요

気になる2点以外は大満足でした

大人3人子供1人で利用しました。 東長寺まで徒歩圏内、博多駅までも大人だけであれば徒歩で15分程の場所にあり立地はいいと思います。 チェックインは無人のためタブレットへの入力が必要で、慣れないと戸惑うかもしれません。 前の通りの道幅がかなり狭く、タクシーを呼ぶと大抵の運転手さんは戸惑われます。 遠回りすれば目の前まで来て頂けるのですが、余裕を持って呼ばれることをおすすめします。 また自家用車やレンタカーで来られる場合、専用駐車場はなく近隣のパーキングを利用することになりますが、近くにビジネス街もあるためか少し歩けばパーキングの数はかなりありました。 設備については、2ベッドルーム（ベッド計4台）、広いリビングあり、バスタブ・洗い場あり・トイレ別のバスルーム、キッチンありと、ほぼ申し分ない設備でした。 キッチンにはお鍋やフライパンもあり、お皿やグラス、お箸などは何人分かはあるので助かりました。 Uber eatsもかなり多くのお店が宅配してくれる場所で、滞在中疲れて外に出たくない時の食事の選択肢がかなり多いのが有り難かったです。 もつ鍋おおやまをUberで頼んだのですが、お鍋で温め直して熱々で頂けました。 鍋敷きもありました。 洗濯機と洗剤もあり、乾燥機は浴室乾燥を使うことができます。 ハンガーはないのでそこは工夫して干すことになります。 不満だった点は2点。 4泊と長めの滞在だったため、途中トイレットペーパーやティッシュペーパーがなくなり問い合わせたものの、要領を得ない返答で残念でした。 徒歩10分程の所にコンビニやスーパーがあるのでそちらで調達しました。 何泊かされる方はご注意ください。 タオルは多めに準備があるのでよっぽど心配ないかと思います。 ただしパジャマはないので持参が必要です。 また、お風呂も洗い場・バスタブともに広々として子供連れには助かりましたが、なぜか洗面器とバスチェアがなく、立ったままもしくは固い床にお尻をつけて座るか正座などするしかなく、足の悪い家族もいたため大変困りました。 ぜひとも改善お願いします。

広くて綺麗でとにかく快適でした。 大画面のテレビに、大きめのソファベッドが気持ちよく外食せずに家で食事してしまいました。 洗濯もいっぱい出来ました。 駐車場やコンビニ、24時間のスーパーも徒歩範囲。 唯一、長期滞在する場合、小型やハンディでも良いのでお掃除機があると嬉しいです。 ぜひまた利用したいです。

なかなか良いホテルであった。 ただ、チェックイン時、idを入力してもエラーとなり入室できなかった。たまたま居合わせた他のグループのお客様2組がいたので入室番号を教えてもらい事なきを得た。経営体制が変わった直後だったとはいえ、無人でのチェックインシステム方式での運営であれば、ここは最低しっかりやってもらわなければならないところだと思う。 しかし、設備はよかった。過ごしやすくリラックスできた。 室内スリッパの裏面に汚れが付着しているのが見えてしまったため、床が汚れているのでは？と余計な心配をしてしまった。もし、使い切りのタイプであったならばこのような心配はないため最高であったと思われる。
