「The hotel is brand spanking new so nothing is broken yet. The rooms are huge and the bed is nice. Very easily accessible by buss from Bergen or airport. The area is quiet enough. Unfortunately there is no good restaurants here, but you can always take the reasonably priced bus to town.」
「素晴らしいロケーション！駅、観光名所（魚市場、ブリッゲン、丘へのロープウエイ駅）やお店、レストランなど） Great location! Close to everyhting, such as Bergen statioin, fish market, Briggen, the hill to the ropeway station, shops and restaurants. ホテル外観に高級感があるように、ホテルサービスや雰囲気もとても優れている。スタッフもフレンドリーで好感が持てる。我々の部屋は最上階（４階）で天井に斜めの天窓があり、ベッドに寝たまま夜空が見える。（ただし、滞在中は雨で夜空は見えなかったが）。バスルームは広く、とても清潔。ウエルカムドリンクとして、部屋にボトル入りのリンゴジュースが冷やされて置いてあった。朝食も充実して、美味しかった。ビュッフェスタイルだが、オーダーも出来るので、エッグベネディクトとアボガドオープンサンドを注文し、美味しかった。ただし、カプチーノは別途有料になるらしい。」
