「Rommene er delikat innredet og alt er nytt . Fantastisk behagelig seng og gode dyner . Rommet hadde alle nødvendige detaljer og nespresso maskin. Vi storkoste oss som familie . Hotellsjefen , Nattevakten Erik og Kjøkkensjefen Michael alle er 100 % servicemennesker med store smil . Frokosten er raus og fersk med stort utvalg. Alt i alt et perfekt opphold. 」
「We enjoyed our stay at Home Hotel. It is conveniently located in the Bryggen and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions in the harbor area. The rooms are nice and clean with very comfortable blankets. And breakfast is nice with lots of varieties. They also offer a light dinner between 6 and 8. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bergen. 」

Close to everyhting, such as Bergen statioin, fish market, Briggen, the hill to the ropeway station, shops and restaurants. ホテル外観に高級感があるように、ホテルサービスや雰囲気もとても優れている。スタッフもフレンドリーで好感が持てる。我々の部屋は最上階（４階）で天井に斜めの天窓があり、ベッドに寝たまま夜空が見える。（ただし、滞在中は雨で夜空は見えなかったが）。バスルームは広く、とても清潔。ウエルカムドリンクとして、部屋にボトル入りのリンゴジュースが冷やされて置いてあった。朝食も充実して、美味しかった。ビュッフェスタイルだが、オーダーも出来るので、エッグベネディクトとアボガドオープンサンドを注文し、美味しかった。ただし、カプチーノは別途有料になるらしい。」
"We arrived the hotel approx.20:00. No reception, no
notice for check-in. Fortunately, Expedia sent me, check-in code just after arrival, and we could obtain some information from other visitors. We asked "Twin" but, only one towel was in Room. Next morning, we claimed one more towel. But room will not be cleaned, towels never renewal during staying. No cup for drink water and tooth cleaning. It seems standard service in Norway. "
"I always stay at this hotel when I come to Bergen. It is close to the terminal of the light rail from the airport and very convenient for sightseeing around downtown. And my favorite thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Single rooms may be a bit small, but enough for me."
