Citybox was doing some slight renovation when I stayed. The room was clean and nice. Bathroom very spacious. Good pizza around the corner, good Thai food across and a nice cafe not far from the location.

This was a pleasant surprise, first time at Citybox, and everything was simple and straight forward. Great communication on all steps of the process, booking to check out. All self serve process, couldn’t have been easier. Able to store luggage after check out, and cafe adjoined to the place. It was great!

This place has a good location. Not far away from the attractions. However, the bathroom is a big concern. After showering, the water splashed almost the entire bathroom floor and made it slippery. Also, there seems to be no ventilation to dry the bathroom. Hope the bathroom can be improved.

Clean spacious room, great location, helpful staff. Laundry room with card payment was also an unexpected bonus. Downside was that the communal area was being renovated so some facilities were unavailable which was disappointing. Couldn’t work out the air conditioning controls so room got extremely hot at night. Self check-in also didn’t work.

Very clean, quite spacious room (we had the regular double). It is not super sound proof but was quiet enough at night and we slept well. Nice communal areas with little kitchen and staff was really friendly! Great location outside of super touristy parts and still walking distance to everything.

The Citybox Hotel in Berlin is an excellent hotel. It has a good location within walking distance of the main tourist area. It has light rail stops nearby, and the Central Business District is close by with plenty of options for shopping and dining. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional and the hotel seemed quite new and clean.

The room was excellent—clean, modern, and and the location was also great, few minutes walk from the train station. I was also pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a double room, which was a fantastic touch. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are modern and have everything you need including a shower. The only thing they don't have is a TV, which is fine by me. Perfect stay.

Super convenient location to Bergen's most popular spots - I walked everywhere. 5 minute walk from the bus station. Super easy to check in and check out, still felt safe despite super hands off hotel - no staff on site everything via computer. I got upgraded both times I stayed here. Loved it !

Location was good for our needs. The room was warm and stuffy, no ac or fan. Noise from outside was atrocious at all hours of the night. No room cleaning bc of staffing but only 3 small towels provided for 3 of us for 6 days. Our toilet seat was not attached . The layout of the bathroom lacks thought. There is nowhere to keep toiletries, there is nowhere to put soap or shampoo in the shower. Our seal on the shower doors was broken, soaking the entire bathroom with each shower- and no extra towels to clean it up! When we arrived there was a small kitchen area, it was literally demolished one day while we were out. No more access to coffee, tea, refrigerator, etc. and no mini fridge which is super inconvenient.

No breakfast at the hotel, one must eat out. We walked to several great breakfast places while we were there. The Thai place across the street is good for dinner. The fish market is a bit long of a walk but the train station is about 5 blocks. Close to the university
