「This worked out well for me. I was in town for a 3-day convention at the GRB. The total cost here was about what 1 night cost downtown and I avoided the $45/day parking. 「The location was ok but the main reason to stay somewhere is to get a good night of sleep. With that in mind, the bed was too hard, the floors squeaked so bad in that we had to use the smaller bed in the back because it was quieter than the one up against the hallway. Also the soap dispenser in the kitchen was broken and there was only one tiny piece of soap in the bathroom. And only one washcloth. As far as parking goes, it was very hit or miss. I will not recommend this place. 」

「I have to be honest and say I thought the area looked a little sketchy at first getting to the property but I was pleasantly surprised as we got closer and I felt safe in the area. It was a nice, convenient drive to the George R. Brown Convention center which was our reason for visiting the area.
