"Precisei solicitar a troca de quarto devido às condições inadequadas de uma das paredes, que necessitava de maior atenção e manutenção. Como sugestão, recomendo um cuidado mais detalhado com a conservação e inspeção dos quartos. Por outro lado, fui prontamente atendida e acomodada em outro quarto, que apresentava condições muito mais favoráveis. Destaco o excelente atendimento da equipe, especialmente na recepção e no restaurante, áreas que demonstram ser mais modernas e muito bem cuidadas. O café da manhã estava impecável, com ótima qualidade e variedade. Também gostaria de elogiar a atenção e cordialidade dos funcionários, em especial do senhor que atua no restaurante durante o período noturno, sempre muito prestativo e gentil."

"Listed as 1400 check in 1200 check out in my booking. Arrived at around 1330 due to flight time, I was able to check into my room. The night before I check out I requested for a 1300 check out so I can use my bathroom after a morning walk before I go to the airport. It was granted. Only down side was one of the staffs in front desk not able to speak English. But they were the one who let me have a late check out. I typed in Google Translate and they said OK."

"Nice staff and very good breakfast, although in our second day it looked like the staff was having trouble keeping all items stocked. Some things in the room were not working (lighting and exhaust fan in bathroom), and the room itself was a little smaller than expected. No place to set luggage. But all in all, worth it! Excellent location with plenty to do at walking distance."
