Check in foi tranquilo. Inclusive me permitiram entrar no quarto antes do horário , as 12:30h. Banheiro do quarto estava bem limpo. Senti falta de uma toca de banho. O quarto tem tamanho bom. Internet tem sinal fraco. Lençol estava sujo, manchado. Acabei dormindo em cima da coberta. Nenhum lençol, fronha, cobertor ou toalha tinha cheiro de roupa lavada. Café da manhã bem satisfatório.

Precisa melhorar duchas e pães no café da manhã

A limpeza, atendimento e retirada do carro foram eficazes e o Colchão bom , tamanho Queen; mas o box é muito pequeno e a ducha não era boa, antiga e com pouquíssima vazão. O café da manhã: os pães nada saborosos, e não havia nem um item zero açúcar nem zero lactose; o que deveria ser bem normal oferecer hoje em dia.

Gosto do hotel principalmente quando me hospedo para assistir os jogos do Coxa no Alto da Glória, mas peca em nao ter Room Service. Comer no quarto é bom mas sem apoio do hotel ou levar o pedido no quarto, é o ponto negativo de insatisfação que o hotel gera.

Entrou na lista de acomodações da cidade.

Passei uma noite no hotel e tive uma ótima experiência. O quarto era espaçoso, silencioso, com uma cama confortável e um banheiro amplo. O staff foi muito simpático e solícito durante toda a estadia. O quarto conta com frigobar, mas vale destacar que os preços dos produtos disponíveis são um pouco elevados. Quando cheguei achei o quarto bem gelado e durante o banho vazou um pouco de água para fora do box.

Primeiro quarto com o vaso sanitário entupido. Nos mudaram de quarto e no segundo quarto mais uma vez problema no banheiro, vaso sanitário sujo de fezes, parede do box descascando e atrás do suporte do condicionador estava muito sujo e com mofo.

Foi uma boa estadia, apesar de alguns problemas. A internet no quarto era horrível, mas era possível assistir o YouTube, e os canais de TV via cabo travavam muito. A limpeza era sempre feita, mas mesmo com o recipiente de shampoo vazio, a pessoa que fez a limpeza não reabasteceu, foi necessário solicitar. No fim de semana, sábado a noite, com muito frio, a água quente não estava funcionando, por pelo menos duas horas, só foi retornar por volta da meia noite. Se tivéssemos um compromisso estaríamos perdidos. O café da manhã era muito bom e tudo era muito organizado, e as pessoas do hotel sempre foram muito simpáticas e prestativas

Quarto com vazamento na pia do banheiro, cama com colchão desnivelado, limpeza péssima, controle da tv e ar com pilhas velhas. Na parte da manhã não era 09:00 e tinha um grande barulho no corredor e no quarto do lado devido a limpeza que estavam fazendo, o mesmo aconteceu o mesmo e sem condições de descansar no período da tarde de tanto que fizeram barulho no corredor (fazendo limpeza dos quartos). O atendimento dos atendentes foi bom.
