"Excellent place to stay in Alpharetta. Just two things that need improvement: 1. Bathroom has no exhaust fan which makes the room super humid after a shower or stinky after using the toilet. 2. Paying for parking was not notified until we arrived; its $5 per night which is ok; just those signs outside saying parking at your own risk feel no good. Paying for parking at least ahould provide some security."

"I would recommend considering other hotels before booking this property. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing overall. Although the room rate was higher than nearby hotels, it did not reflect the value we received. The bathroom light was not functioning, so we had to rely on a small mirror light while showering. While the room itself was reasonably clean, the overall maintenance and service fell short. We had prepaid for breakfast, yet the staff attempted to charge us again without properly verifying our reservation. In addition, there was no staff available to seat guests in the restaurant, and the breakfast quality was underwhelming. Valet service was significantly delayed, and our interaction with the front desk staff was not welcoming. Ultimately, we had to retrieve our vehicle ourselves. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, but this stay was particularly disappointing and did not feel worth the price."

"My husband and I stayed during valentine weekend and this was a wonderful choice. Everything was amazing!! The cleanliness of the grounds, the coziness of the lobby and bar area, and the convenience of location were some of the highlights."

"Words can’t describe this property. House was just like the pictures. Clean and cozy, everything you need is minute’s away. We had a dance convention this weekend and it was nice to drop her off and go relax in an open space. We can’t wait to be back. The host communicates with you at all times. "
