「It was a pleasant experience staying with the friendly staff.」

「Room was clean. Only stayed 1 night. When we arrived, there was a big gathering happening at the main check in area - wedding or event of some sort with many people. Made check in alittle overwhelming after a day of traveling. Once checked in, our keys to our room did not work to get in. Staff were helpful at fixing the issues once they were available to help. Staff were also part of the event going on. Overall was a nice hotel but experience was alittle unwelcoming.」

「We had a great stay here. We were in town, visiting our son in college and we stayed for 3 nights. The hot tub didn't work for the first night and it was a main reason I chose this hotel. It was fixed by the second day and I was able to use it several times! The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was well stocked. Breakfast ran from 6:30-9:30 during the week and checkout time was noon, which was extremely helpful! We will stay here in the future when we are back in town!」

「出張で宿泊したので、机が使いやすくてよかった。」

「Located across the street from the outlet mall.」

「No response from customer service when I requested for full refund due to the elevators are not operational. My wife has walking disability which very difficult for her to take the steps.」

「Stayed one night and all was good except the mattress was uncomfortable and ready for replacement. Great location. Quiet, even on a weekend night. Would stay here again.」
