「This is a unique concept, and this was my first experience of capsule concept in India. The place was immaculate and well maintained. I visited this place with my sister and found quite a few women solo travelers who were using this place. So this place is great for solo travelers or even couples. 「Faced No issues even during times of COVID. Yes some facilities are unavailable as a measure of precautions (like food, newspaper, etc.). But the room was clean, the staff was readily available on call. Thanks a lot. 」

「I didn’t dislike the property relative to the location. I did have to ask for a towel and toilet paper. It didn’t look like the picture, but I had a comfortable stay」

「Very bad service, I had to wait 2 hrs after reaching hotel before getting the room. Also, I booked the higher category room but didn't get the same. There was no bath tub in my room. But it was mentioned in booking 」

No outside food is allowed. In room dining from restaurant only. Only 1 shower towel provided. Extremely squeaky bed. Room not cleaned properly as cigarette butt was still there when we checked in. Front desk manager was very accommodating and tried his best to make us comfortable. 」
