「Love the hotel and the huge rooms that have everything you could possibly need. The front desk clerk was an absolutely wonderful person! Best stay and I will definitely be back.」

「The check in process was smooth and front desk staff was helpful. My room was clean and came with a free bottle of water. The air conditioning worked very well. The hotel has a pool and outdoor bar. Food at the bar was just okay. It was difficult to get Ubers from Carvoeiro to Portimao and Praia da Rocha, so keep that in mind if that’s where you’re planning to spend most of your time.」

「The front desk and people who run the hotel were beyond rude and unkind- spiteful might I add. The standard apartment they offer, had mold and damages everywhere. Clearly could tell they lack upkeep and real hospitality training there. All around was an awful experience.」

「Stayed 8 years ago & thought it would be the same. Great experience last time this time it was bad. Bugs in my room, no nose tissue, no shampoo/conditioner 1 bar of soap on face towels, place was a joke. Food was garbage literally disgusting. Property was dirty, never again」

「Friendly staff, beautiful property, pool was a great addition because the beach is a walk (steep uphill back). Dinner was basic and I wouldn’t recommend unless you are in a pinch and need something close.」

「Great location for marina and beach but next to a beach club which pumped out loud music into the early hours of the morning. Reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「The apartment was clean overall and spacious, and the balconies were great with views of the golf course. Although I did not use it, the pool looked a good size and was popular with other guests. Plenty of free parking. Helpful staff the only slight negative is that there were ants in the apartment - which the hotel provided a ant spray. 」
