"We have stayed at the GR for about 10 years. Unfortunately, we are looking to try a different resort next year. We were just somewhat disappointed with some of the changes. We have gotten upgrades in the past, but they wouldn’t move us across the hall to a partial ocean view and they were NOT full.. The towels were very dingy and kinda nasty.. The staff were nice enough, but it was just different…. Also, the hot tub was pretty gross…. The entertainment wasn’t as good as it had been, and I think several of the entertainment staff have left with a change in the management. The evening entertainment was soooo loud it made it hard to sit through. They only gave us two bottles of water in our room, and there were 3 of us. When we asked for more water, they were reluctant to give us more. They wanted us to continue to use the same plastic bottle for a week and fill them at the water station down the hall. They now charge a small fee for room service. Never had that before. Again, the staff were friendly enough, but all of the small things added up and we were overall a little disappointed."

"3 couples spent 10 days at RIU K. We had a great time! Reception staff worked to get our rooms close together. Thank you! Staff was terrific. Food and drinks and restaurant experiences were excellent. We met most nights in the lounge for a specialty drink from the “cart”. My only complaint is how noisy the lobby lounge gets. Acoustics weren’t good. A minor complaint and a fantastic stay. "
