「This is not a 4 star hotel. Looks very smart from the outside and the pool and athletics track are decent. The room I was staying in , however , was from the 70s and in desperate need of updating.....smell was not fresh and very disappointing.」

「Overall, a very good hotel/resort. The challenge is that it's layout is over a very large property. Finding your way around is a mystery and walking to your room, with the luggage, from the reception is very difficult ... but they arranged for a van to take us. Using Uber at night, the driver couldn't find our villa.」

「Good place to stay: a lot of pools and beach is nearby. The property has microwave and oven, so we could cook for kids. The place is beautiful, great place to stay with kids - many pools just for kids.」

「The photos are misleading. Says there are 6 pools , a number of amenities which is all true however many of the condos are owned. The condo we were placed in was at the extreme end of the resort. This was not walkable for me so I was not able to enjoy the things that were there. The condo we got was spacious. Beds very hard so uncomfortable/difficult to sleep. Not nice bedding/blankets provided had a smell and scratchy/rough. Was going to use them to lie on top of to try to soften the bed but...

「I had a great stay here! The accommodation was lovely, and the location was perfect. It’s conveniently located close to the Old Town, and if you want to explore the New Town, it’s around a 15-minute walk or just a 5-minute taxi ride away.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was even given a complimentary upgrade at check-in, which was such a lovely surprise!
As a solo female traveller, feeling safe and comfortable is really important to me, and this accommodation exceeded...
