Before using any watercraft, please note that a waiver must be signed. For summer fun, we offer Cornhole, Disc Golf, Croquet, Bocce Ball, a Pickleball net for driveway use, Ladder Toss, and Badminton. All these activities are subject to weather conditions and are designed to enhance your experience on the property.

Other Things to Note:
We are dog friendly. We allow up to 2 dogs per reservation. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and maintain our property in excellent condition, we have a few guidelines for pet stays:

Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet.
Security Deposit: $250 per stay.
The security deposit will be fully refunded through the platform if no damage occurs during your stay. These measures help us keep our home in great condition for you and future guests.

To ensure the safety of both our guests and the security of our residence, we have strategically positioned external surveillance cameras around the perimeter of our home.
