There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."

"We stayed for one night at the Hampton by Hilton Ashford International and had an excellent stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was clean and spacious. Great choice for breakfast. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel."

Holiday Inn Express Folkestone - Channel Tunnel by IHG

"Chris who booked us in and then helped us later in the evening was exceptionally lovely. He impressed us all a lot and made us happy. The hotel is ideal for the channel tunnel and close enough to Folkestone to have a little wander around the beautiful coast. The hotel is pet friendly which is great. There are some places to walk the dog a 10 minute drive away. "
