"The first apartment we got was horrible and dirty. We talked with the nice receptionist in the morning and she managed to organise us a new, better and clean, one. We were really thankful to meet such a competent and experienced employee. The first night got refunded and we were offered to have additional breakfast for the next two mornings. I thought this was very fair deal to make things better. The rest of the stay was pleasant, the pool area was really nice and clean. The breakfast was good...
