Really nice hotel. Very glad we found them last minute. They are at the heart of the old town and have lovely bars and restaurants at the back road. They also have a jacuzzi but we didn't try it. Parking is a challenge but you can leave the car at the other side of the stone gate without charge. Maybe 10mins walk

We booked a double bedroom and having 2 singles put together does not constitute a double in my mind. Everything was really clean and toiletries were provided. The only other slight let down was due to a power cut on the last day. Despite the power cut, the staff said that we'd only be able to stay in the room until 2pm at which point we'd need to evacuate. This left a slight sour taste. In the end, the power came back on and we were able to have a shower and check out before noon but shrugging your shoulders and saying it would not be possible to stay in the room after 2pm was lacking customer service in my mind.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! Absolute heaven. We had the most wonderful stay here and honestly couldn’t fault it. The staff were exceptional. Every single person we met was so warm, welcoming and friendly. A huge credit to the hotel. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was great and there was plenty of storage space. The air con worked perfectly and was surprisingly quiet. Despite being right in the heart of Alcúdia Old Town, the room was peaceful with very little noise from outside. There’s a small fridge in the room, and the hotel also provides robes, slippers, beach towels and even a beach bag, which were lovely little touches. One of our favourite parts of the hotel was the dip pool with massage jets. It was the perfect place to cool off and relax. The whole hotel has such a calm, peaceful and romantic atmosphere, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into all the little details. We also loved the honesty bar! The location couldn’t have been better. You’re just a few steps from all the restaurants and shops, but tucked away enough that it still feels quiet and relaxing. We hired a car and were able to stop outside briefly to unload our luggage before parking. There are three free car parks just a short walk away. It’s also a great base for exploring the island, with beautiful beaches nearby. We can’t wait to come back!

Great boutique hotel

The Bordoy Mostatxins is an excellent boutique hotel in Alcudia old town. The hotel has a home-like feel and the staff are lovely and welcoming. It’s like a little oasis of calm, especially in the high season when lots of tourists are in the area. Would definitely recommend if you want something away from the crowds.

My partner and I level our stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is so beautiful inside and out. Everything is in walking distance. The staff were so friendly and kind. Everything about this little one night get away was perfect. The place was easy to find. The room was super clean and exactly what I needed. Incredible value for money for a one night getaway. The lady who helped me with check-in was incredibly helpful and when as far as trying to call me on my drive to ensure that there was a smooth check-in. She also wrote down dinner reservations and was very helpful and very sweet.

Amazing stay. Such a beautiful charming location with tons of restaurants and shops near by. Such a cool experience being in that town. We stayed for two nights and it was worth the break from the city life (soller, Palma). They also accommodated my gluten allergy as I mentioned I was celiac. Get the breakfast!!
