"I really like the western theme of this Best Western; it looked authentic and customized for NM. My room was comfortable with view of the parking lot, traffic and sunset. There was plenty of parking and conveniently located off the freeway. The area surrounding the hotel, is like any sketchy off-ramp commercial area. I did not get a chance to walk to old town from here. But I like the fact the parking lot is gated and my room was clean and quiet. Thank you to this local BW ."
"Its a very nice hotel, would stay again. My opinion is that the restruant could have been better staffed on Christmas and the next morning. Certainly not a deal breaker."
"Everything was wonderful! Staff was very courteous and friendly, the lobby is amazing, wonderful rooms, and love the gallery! Thank you! We can wait to come back!"
"The room was so well decorated and the amenities were great. The free drinks are a great little perk. The bed was super comfortable and I loved having the parking right in front of the room. "
Casas de Suenos Old Town Historic Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Breakfast was both continental style and cooked-to-order. I had cooked items both mornings that were very good. I used the hot tub one afternoon and it was suitably warm - enough that I didn't want to hop back out and go turn the jets on because the air temperature was on the cool side. Intriguing layout of the property and room naming (my room was Rose, not some number). The bed sheets are fabulous and comfy. The floor tile in the bathroom may have been heated - it certainly felt warm every time I stepped on it barefoot. All in all, a delightful experience"
"The property was fabulous! We will want to stay again in the near future. The fenced yard was perfect for our small dog, there were no places he could get out of the yard at. Although we did not cook this time out, we noted how clean the kitchen was and how it had everything you could need to prepare any type of meal.We were really impressed. "
