About this space
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place right next to Tingley Beach duck pond, the Albuquerque Bio Park Zoo and walking/biking trails by the Bosque. We offer complimentary snacks, tea, coffee, and a relaxing Hot Tub! 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Washer/dryer.
The space
The casita has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a side yard with patio furniture, grill and fireplace, and a private backyard with a hammock, seating area and propane fireplace. There is another casita next to it, but no shared spaces.
Guest access
There is a pin pad on the door for entrance. You will receive a message around noon the day of check in with the code :)
(The property is shared with two other houses, however each house has its own private backyard and private amenities!)

Relaxing

Very cute spot! Felt safe we had a gated fence around the property. Loads of snacks and water which was greatly appreciated. The property is shared with another VRBO so if you have dogs not as easy to be off leash but other than that it was perfect!

Diamond in a Rough

Well done on creating a diamond in the rough. I cannot give the neighborhood a 5 star but we felt safe as property was in a gated enclosure. Modern, clean and cozy with all the amenities needed. We would stay again.

Delightful Experience

The photos perfectly express the charm of this place. It perfectly suited our needs and the communications throughout the process were great-10 stars! They really made it easy from start to finish. While we weren’t here long enough to use the grill & firepit nor the drink options we appreciated the thoughtfulness. As we were traveling with dogs the path near the river made for a nice walk before we departed to our next destination.

Great place to stay!!

It was absolutely wonderful!! Had everything you could want or need, and was decorated very well!! Not a bad location, and gated, which was a plus. Would definitely stay again, and will recommend to others.

Nice place for balloon fiesta

This is a great place to stay in Albuquerque. There's even cornhole in the back yard. We also enjoyed the outside fire chimney. Jon was very prompt in answering questions too.

Indeed a cactus flower

It is always special to find a cactus in bloom. This little house is indeed a special find like that. We enjoyed the work and care that has been put into making this a nice place to stay. We especially appreciated the artistic flare. It was easy to communicate with the host and he answered our questions. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more!). Great job on making this rental and best of luck on your other projects!

Amazing spot!

This house is so well maintained and exactly what the listing advertised. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and were very helpful. We’re already planning another trip out and want to stay here again!
