「Damn」

「Room was great, we got a free upgrade from a studio to a 1 bed and the room was very spacious with a modern and well equipped kitchen & bathroom. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool is small but it was perfect for us as we only wanted a quick dip every now and again to cool down. It’s about a 5 min walk downhill & steps to reach old town square. It is quite a trek back up but ubers & taxis are cheap (4-5 euro). I’d say in busy periods the pool area could get...

「The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants and shops. That was the best thing about this hotel. Staff was very nice, pretty clean. However, our few complaints were we heard doors slamming all hours of the night, so they need to fixed there doors to not slam. Our door did not do that. You can also hear noise all around, the walls I guess are quite thin. Also, our closet door was broken, so we could not open or close it, to use the closet, and you have to pay to use the safe, which...

「I didn't like the bathtub shower combo. The tub is very high and no security bars to hold onto for getting in and out. Need more hooks and shelves in bathroom to put things on.」

「No lift to the front rooms, a bit tight with a baggage. Safe and fridge are charged. Towel change every other day. Also kettle and cups are charged.」

「Lovely hotel in a great location. Very clean rooms and hotel. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Well come back again.」

「The room was super clean and well located, but it is tiny. We had to manoeuvre through the door without hitting the bed with our bags and my husband had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom as the space between the bottom of the bed and the wall is reduced even further with the TV on the wall. Hubby loved the pillows but it was too big and hard for me so I ended up sleeping without one. The water bottles next to the bed was a nice touch and very much appreciated in the heat.」

「True Review would be 10 STARS + My wife and I have travelled the world and stayed at some pretty nice places But nothing compares to our experience at this incredibly beautiful place. The manager Paul is amazing!! He helped us with so much kindness and went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect holiday. The place is bright and well decorated, the rooms are big and spacious, beds are comfy, lots of closet space, large bathroom with great shower. The buffet breakfast was plentiful...

「wasted an hour trying to check in with no response from owner. It was a nightmare! They don't even answer their phone!」

「I will not recommend at all!!」
