「Very small rooms and you had to ask for soap in the bathroom and the whole place looked dirty and smelled」

「Check in is at 3pm but was not able to check in until 4:23. When we finally got in to the room there was still hair and stuff all over the floor. Had to have them come back to clean it. Staff didn't seem to think it was an issue that our room wasn't even ready and they were very rude to a group of kids that were there. Overall would never go back to this hotel.」

「ロビーに暖炉があり、ちょっとしたゲームもおいてあり、スキーロッジにいるような気がした。 フロント係もフレンドリーで笑顔の対応をしてくれた。 高速の出口からも近くで、グロサリーストアーも近くにあった。 ただし、価格と築年数からするとしょうがないところを除いて、 部屋のすみまで掃除機がかけられないとは思うが、カーペットの色が紺のため埃が目立つ。 また、カーテンにもカビが付着している。 そこらへんは、時々、点検した方がいい。 値段、朝食、雰囲気と妥当な所なのでもったいない。」

「There was hair and ear wax in one of the towels and the shower had a huge crack in the floor that was poorly plastered.」

「Breakfast is good and the staff is great. Our sink was dirty with a ring of black built up gunk around the drain. That doesn’t happen overnight. The rest of the room was fine. 」

「The room, bed and bathroom were clean. The pillows were awful. Staff only interacted with required conversation, and the free coffee in the morning was gross. There were people drinking & partying and vehicles loitering all night, it didn’t feel safe at all. Top it off the curtains were short and the room was lit up all night from the lights outside. Not a good experience at all 」

「Staff is a little rude at times but others try to compensate with super friendliness. Cleanliness is pretty good but amenities are outdated and sub par. Continental breakfast is cereal, honey buns and waffles....that's it. Coffee has to be asked to be made instead of proactive staff involvement. Overall, it was a place to stay based on business need, but definitely would not recommend if you wanted a truly relaxing and pleasure experience. 」

「Convenient parking. Clean room. Air conditioning just right. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Have stayed here twice now and when in the area, would stay again.」

「The furniture and the thermostat are broken. Moth are functional but physically broken. The tub in the master bathroom had a scum on all surfaces. The sliding deck doors don’t lock but were secured with boards in the slide rails. The fridge was functional but extremely load.」
