Rowlesburg is a hidden gem. A quiet, historic, and scenic little mountain town. The people there are incredibly friendly, hospitable, and glad to have you as a guest. Dinah, who runs the Inn, is simply awesome ! I'm a frequent visitor to West Virginia University football games, and will only ever stay at the Cannon Hill again, even though it's almost an hour from Morgantown.

This was an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back. Town was so friendly and the owner was awesome and I’m just sad I can only stay one night. Plenty to explore and has amazing history… again can’t wait to return and explore all the history… house has great character, charm and felt so friendly and warm

The property owner was very flexible with our check in time as we also brought the kids to kayak down the Cheat river. The building is clean with local guides and it has historical artifacts and photos in the living room. Very updated and comfortable! 10/10 !!!!!

They were wonderful in assisting us! There are a few holes in the floor from pipes that used to exist, so be careful! We dropped a ring and it ended up in there, but they were prompt and did end up retrieving it. It was very Quaint, and had some cool artifacts and information from the civil war. Definitely a trip if your looking for something quiet. We will be back!
