「This hotel was amazing! Did not utilize the breakfast but it was great for our stay!」

「This is the perfect quiet retreat for the creative. The house is extraordinarily well appointed with all needed appliances, coffee, a full sized fridge, stove, oven and even a washer/dryer. If you’re visiting and temps are under 20, request the space heater though, but they had a massive pile of blankets. The bed is FIRM and low. That works for me because I’m old and short. I slept AMAZINGLY but if you’re over 5’7” or so the sleeping loft might be a challenge. Unless you’re used to 5’ ceilings...

「Didn’t even check in. Pulled into the parking lot and noticed that the windows were busted out of at least 3 of the rooms. Felt very unsafe. Boyfriend went in and checked the lobby and was going to have host show us a room but the lobby was absolutely nasty. We ended up going in and talking to the host and he told me he had already cancelled my booking because the card I used to hold the room didn’t go through. Remind you I use this card only to hold rooms and then use my actual card to pay for...

「If I could give the front desk a "0" star they wouldn't deserve that. At check in the desk clerk was super Unfriendly and not helpful. When we get to my room we discovered there was only one towel thus causing us to call the front desk to request more towels only to be told that 'I would have to come down to get them". We wanted to clean up before going to dinner. I asked for a manager in regards to that and other issues only to be told no management person would be available until the next day...

「Drove 2 hours to Hotel and was informed by staff there that Expedia's computers were not communicating properly with theirs. They could not honor reservation confirmation, and charged me for the stay, I had to go to a different hotel. Now Expedia states it will take 10 days to get the charge reversed. Residence Inn staff simply just sent me on my way. Not even helpful to call around yet they gave a confirmation and everything. 」

「We had to reschedule to a hotel in a different location due to logistics issues as the funeral we were attending was in another city so this review is for Quality Inn not Days Inn. We were rebooked to a Quality Inn in Toledo Ohio. It’s a filthy place, with plumbing that didn’t work. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain and the toilet didn’t flush. 「The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially the young man running the front desk (and operating everything at breakfast). He obviously takes great care in his job and wants to make sure customers are well taken care of, which is always good to see. The building is aged, but appropriate for the price, especially with the service provided.」
