「The hotel is in an excellent state, but the water system must be well and properly treated. I can't brush my teeth with it」

「Bad exreience. service is very bad. a guest room door was not working. It took 2 hours to foix my room door. A reception desk and facility manegemen have bad communications. Totally I could not enter my room for two hours!! I have used this hotel many years, but service is getting worse gradually. 」

「The Hotel Providence is very clean. The ambience is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly. Our room was spacious and quiet. The room had two different types of electric sockets. It has a bath with a shower as well as a shower cubicle. The shower followed well. Vehicles that enter the hotel go through a security check. The buffer breakfast is very good. However, the range of fruits available is limited.」

「A perfect one night stay. Staff was helpful and polite. Our king room was excellent - comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. Will definately stay again」

「Nice manager, Mr. Patrick. 👍」
