「This property was a 10 out of 10. The mountaintop view was amazing. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. The inside of the house was so beautiful and nicely decorated and one of the cleanest we have stayed in. I appreciated the book with all the instructions on the tv remotes and the hot tub. It also listed places to eat in the area along with menus. It was such a relaxing place and we can’t wait to visit again!」

「The property is ideally situated near the water fall - it is literally in the back yard to view. To hike to get a better look , you are short walk away from it and the scenic trails—once we parked, we didn’t feel the need to leave. It’s incredibly peaceful and serene, making it the perfect escape for a quiet weekend getaway. You can shop for groceries at the little downtown store or go to Fort Payne-if you need more variety. 「This quick birthday weekend getaway was perfect. The ambiance arriving was welcoming as music was playing. The lights were just right and the gorgeous view of Lookout Mountain was breathtaking. The host thought of everything we needed and what we might need. Location, location, location. Couldn’t be better?」

「Beautiful,nature all around. Creek with all different kinds of trees. Peaceful. Everything was very well kept. I will stay there again. 」

「Moonflower Cottage is always beautiful— impeccably clean and perfectly situated on the brow of the mountain. The two porches—rocking chair front porch and a screened back porch—are wonderful places to visit with companions while enjoying the natural setting.」

「Open design with elements of mid century and modern day mixed. I like older homes for their lived in feel. The furnishings in the bed rooms and the vintage paint by number paintings are my favorite. I’ll definitely stay there again. The deck on the back of the house provides a great view off the brow.」

「Perfect space to get away and relax. The property had everything we needed」

「Nice and quiet and way off the road, you’re on a farm with animals, yet it wasn’t noisy at all, they would greet me every morning at the fence to say hi, lol.The rooftop A/C drowns out any noises around the area, we slept great throughout the nights there. Owners were super responsive and helpful, we were there to look into moving into the area and take in nature, everything was great.」

「We are locals and this was our 2nd stay at this place. And just like the first time, it didnt disappoint. Close proximity toeverything we wanted and needed. The kitchen was fully equipped witheverything we need to cook every meal. The large, shady lot was the biggest hit. Plenty of room for all the outdoor activities you fould think of. If available next year, we will be back. 」

「Hot tub was so relaxing and the garden spot was almost whimsical at night the way the entire thing lite up. The multitude of crickets singing at night was amazing and I’m certain a bullfrog frequents the garden fountain as I heard his croaking as well. I would stay again. Very homey feel 」
