"Only had one bad review I went down to the hotel bar and sit at the bar, waiting for someone to take my drink order. The bar was pretty much dead only for customers. I waited approximately five minutes. The guy never even acknowledged me that was bartending, and I looked dead at him and he looked at me so I knew he knew I was there. So I went over to red Robin instead."

We travel and try different hotels regularly and this one had a top notch staff! My only suggestion is this : we had an accessible room for my 85 year old parent. The bathroom had extra bars and a low shower head but no shower seat or chair?? Makes no sense… how do they use it? "

"Everything was excellent except the guy who checked us in was very rude and a smart ass. He was also rude when I asked about a way to get an Uber. The night lady was great though. We loved our room and everything else though. That guy just needs to be a lot nicer."
