「Mattress is hard as a rock. Would have been nice to know beforehand that your parking spot is the same number as your room number which you don’t get until check in. So don’t park in the garage until after check in bc getting luggage from the garage to the room is a pain. Hotel is very close to the Orion Amphitheater if you’re going for a concert.」

「The room was spacious, clean and smelled nice. It was packed with everything we needed and more. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!」

「Easy to get to; accessible parking; staff engaging/helpful」

「No hunger, No laundry bag, wifi is not good, No housekeeping for three days. The front desk guy doesn't want work. 」

「Perfect for vacation 」

「The staff was great! However the room I was assigned had an odor. I was assigned a different room. It was a little better. However I think the ventilation is not good. The carpets were dirty and the counter in the bath had a big Crack. I was told there is no room service. Therefore you need to bring dirty towels to front desk to get clean ones. There is no one at the desk. You have to ring a bell for service. Lobby was okay. But there were large dead plants sitting on the counter. This was...

「I had a pleasant stay here. Thank you.」
