「All the staffs were extremely nice and kind. Room was clean and near to the corniche beach. Very easy access to all the sight seeing spots. 」

「Very nice hotel in a convenient location. I was completely satisfied with what was delivered for the price. The building itself is beautiful and an iconic piece of the Abu Dhabi skyline. Note that this is an excellent mid-tier hotel, not a luxury hotel. It's clear that in recent years they have been reducing some costs (e.g., the condition of some furniture was poor, they no longer offer shuttle/car arrangements to/from the airport). Great experience as long as you set correct expectations and...

「In general, the hotel is of a high standard, and the staff, especially during breakfast service, were excellent. However, the carpet in our room was stained. An unexpected incident occurred when I mistakenly entered the wrong room, thinking it was mine. I was able to open the door with my key card, which should have only granted access to my assigned room. I reported the matter to the reception staff, and while he did replace the key, he didn't seem surprised by the mistake. He handled the...
