Not sure were these crazy reviews came from but I enjoyed my stay.The breakfast bar was above average. The room was worth more than $100 a night. I would stay again without thought. If you are looking for valet to park your Bugatti Tourbillion, you need to get off this sight, call your assistant and have them book you at the Ritz.

Excellent stay

We were very satisfied with our stay. We arrived very early but were able to check in. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast offered good buffet choice. Sfaff were very friendly and helpful, especially receptionist Diksha and consiege Allan. Hotel is highly recommended!

The property is located in a good location. They have valet parking although if room says sleeps 3 it will actually sleep 2 so just be mindful you may need an extra room. Hotel staff are friendly and the hotel is cleaned to a good standard. Everything works well at the hotel

Located in a central Abu Dhabi. From Copthorne is it possibile to reach all the city's most important attractions in less than 15 minutes by taxi. Friendly staff and clean room. Also the international buffet dinner was excellent. I will go back here for sure!

The staff made my stay exceptional starting from AbdelHaq at front desk who upgrade my room and concierge and valet parking staff are very friendly and the [syrian] guy forget his name at bkfast restaurant was extremely helpful asking daily how was the food. I’ll come back just because of staff

Great location in the middle of downtown. Walkable to corniche as well as Abu Dhabi Mall. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and all service was extremely prompt. I called the front desk because my iron didn’t work and they delivered a new one to my room in less than 2 minutes! Hotel isn’t the newest, but it is clean and well kept.

I don’t recommend for family vocations

The hotel biggest issue is the cleanliness. They don’t change my bed sheets if I don’t ask them to do so you can see dam on the floor edge and the mold in shower. I would not advise anyone to take the breakfast there. People are friendly there anyway. I chose it for the price and location.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was overall enjoyable with a good variety, particularly the custom made omelettes. For the deluxe room, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. My only criticism was that the shower floor drain was poorly designed, which caused water puddles and flooding each time we used it. Additionally, the dinner buffet was disappointing — limited variety and food was not up to a high standard. The neighbourhood area is the inner city downtown where you get lots of food restaurants within walking distance, not the bougie city side if that’s what you’re looking for.
