"Amazing hotel, beautiful Sandy beach both ocean and pool view! All staff throughout polite and courteous to help with anything particularly as we arrived just as war on Iran had started with UAE being targeted it was terrifying but the team were a beacon of calm and reassuring presence. In particular Brandon at guest services/front desk was incredibly welcoming and helped us throughout our stay. "

The parking was great, and my superior room was magnificent: huge, spotless, with its own walk-in closet, bathtub, shower, and the most amazing pillows. I have never experienced such soft pillows anywhere before. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite. Overall, especially for the price I paid for my stay, this hotel pleasantly surprised me. "The apartment is advertised as a luxury one-bedroom, but the actual conditions do not meet that description. Check-in instructions were not provided in advance and communication was delayed; I had to arrive without clear guidance. Once on site, the check-in itself was quick and the staff member was friendly. Inside the apartment, only one bath towel was provided, with no hand towels or kitchen towels. There was no iron, ironing board, kettle, or basic kitchen cleaning supplies such as a sponge...
