The main hotel and it's facilities are first class - with excellent restaurants and pool facilities. Nice artificial beach - 'swim up' bar, etc. Easy access to adjoining mall. Central location. The main bugbear was that having booked a 'Classic Studio' - it was not apparent to me (unless hidden somewhere in the small print) - that we would not be accommodated in the main hotel - but in a nearby annex more akin to a residential apartment building. In order to access the main hotel we had to walk...

This hotel is away from the big down-town, but that is not a bad thing. The dining options were all great, the staff were very endearing and friendly each day I was there. The room was well apppointed, for all the things I needed to do. Laundry was beautifully returned. The room price is nicely aimed at a happy medium. I will return to it on my next trip. p.s. I think I left a pair of socks there!

We got an upgrade, and the reservations also very easily changed a non-refundable reservation from one day to another, when our plans had changed.
