"Did Umrah solo after Ramadan and this place was a pleasant surprise. Room was bigger than I expected, bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. Breakfast buffet did the job well each morning with nice options like mini pancakes and waffles. It’s in Aziziyah so you’re looking at a taxi or Uber to the Haram each time, which depending on the time of the year, can be very quick. Would book here again without hesitation."

"We were not accomodated into the original hotel we paid for but instead took us to a very horrible one. The room was meant for 4 people but they lumped us inside it for 5 people. One of the bed was broken but the hotel didn’t replace it despite several requests. The washroom was tiny and the showers cubicle could barely accommodate one person. "
