"Best service at all. The names of each one of the staff members at the Lobby and reception, at the breakfast buffet, rooms, bell rings and bag support are endless. We traveled in family for pleasure with our senior mother and th team was very supportive with her! I don’t really have words to describe the high level devotion for customer service. The location and rooms, amenities and the buildings are exquisite. The restaurants inside the hotel all included even on the last Michelilin Star or awarded as well. I would like to write all the people that approached us for thousands of details but it’s impossible: Emeric, Pankaj, June, Gloria, Marie, Rizwan, Ana, Dana, Mohamed Salelh, Jitendra, Mandip and many more we jus WANT TO SAY THANKS. "Surroundings is nothing special. Downtown Abu Dhabi isn't pretty or touristic, however it's a good base to sightseeing and taxis are cheap. The hotel itself is very clean but even after 3 nights at the hotel I couldn't figure out how to get hot water. Sometimes functionality is better than design."

"Dont expect top-notch 5* hotel…which is clear if you consider the price. But what stands out in this hotel is the staff. All super friendly, helpful and welcoming. They made our stay amazingly pleasant and due to this I strongly recommended the hotel. The value for money is amazing. "

"Excellent stay! Starting with Abhilash as the bell boy, Clara Marylyn and team at the reception, the service is 5⭐️ The breakfast spread is very different. Fresh and delicious. The personalized service by Baphi Rezie and Lylen. Chef Saleem personally spoke to us and all of the restaurant staff made sure that our stay was exceptional. House keeping was prompt and efficiently maintained and we had our laundry done super clean and fast. The Courtyard Mariott is very conveniently located to the World Trade Ctr which gives access to shopping malls, food court, cinema etc which is an ideal place for families with children. Even though their lobby area may be small (compared to some other hotels) not to mention a visit to the Grand Palace Hotel which has the luxury style and finess, the Courtyard Mariott is cosy friendly and offers an excellent personalized experience! I would like to thank the management and team of staff for ensuring that our stay was safe and enjoyable. Thank you 🙏♥️🙏"
