The beach is world class. Great snorkelling and swimming right off the hotel. Long beach for walks, too. Nice sand.

Fun activities to do for the whole family the buffets were good the French toast were my favorite for breakfast, the only problem is that the bar pool only stays open til 6 other than that it was great

It is a nice location. For being part of the Hilton properties the rooms and buildings require some repairs and upgrading. The available restaurants were great and the closeness to the beach was awesome

Drinks were great. All 8 pools were great. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. Entertainment was great. Beautiful resort right on the beach. No complaints

View was nice hotel is a lil old for my taste breakfast was good rest of the food sucked i ended up going to tulum every night also know taxi are $130 round trip to tulum

It was a great atmosphere! Drinks were fantastic! If you tip everyone, everything is better! Most of the food could be better. Use real hamburger meat to start. Then let the chefs use their home recipes for a authentic Mexican dining experience.
