「Location is amazing. So nice to be a few steps from Jungle Cafe! Pool and beach have great set ups. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Kitchen had cooking necessities. 「We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again.」

「A clean modern condo with 1 king and 1 queen, in a pretty quiet complex that seems that some units are probably rented out and some are only used by family and friends. There were always multiple security guards and we saw them far more often than we did any other guests.This unit has its own hot tub on the roof with a view of the ocean across the parking lot, and so you are pretty close to the ocean. There is a fancy house between you and the ocean view, but you can still see waves and water....
