"Overall, it’s a good place — clean, no insects, and well-maintained. The washroom shower was extremely poor, which was disappointing, but aside from that the stay was lovely. The staff were generally nice and polite. However, the only real negative experience was during checkout at 3 AM. I had five bags with me, and the staff member at reception didn’t even offer to help — he just stood there watching. That left a bad impression after an otherwise pleasant stay."

"I had a wonderful stay at Sultanhan Hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the view from the sixth-floor restaurant made every morning special. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the tram station, making it incredibly easy to explore Istanbul’s main attractions.
