「The hotel was prefect. The rooms were clean and really comfortable.front desk personel were really helpful and the also offerd us free tea and coffee😃. The cleaning personel were really trained and professional. The breakfast was really fresh and very generous even the lady in charge of the breakfast made us a fresh omlet amd it was really delicious. The hotels location was excellent. It was close to public transportation and metro and also really close to major historical places such as Sultan...

「建物や部屋の感じは良い。比較的新しいのかも知れない。早朝便で到着したので、荷物を預けるつもりで行ったところ、チェックイン時刻前でも入れてくれたのはとてもありがたかった。 冷蔵庫（有料の飲み物やお菓子が入っている）あり。電気ポットあり。毎日、ミネラルウォーター 500ml x 2 のサービスあり。 部屋の使い勝手はあまり良くない。通路になる場所にしかスーツケースを拡げられないので不便。トイレにしかゴミ箱がない。机の上を電気ポットなどが占めているためPCを拡げて作業するには狭い。シャワールームにタオルを掛ける場所がない。手を洗って拭くのに不便。 窓の防音効果が低い。深夜早朝でも、自動車の走行音や音楽など、外が騒がしい。 朝食は7:30からということであったが、実際に料理が揃うのは 7:45〜7:55...

「personel nazikti. Oda manzarası yoktu pencere apartman boşluğuna bakıyordu ve odada oturmak için koltuk sandalye benzeri birşey yoktu. İstediğim halde veremediler. Yatakta kahvemi içilir.」

「Overall, it’s a good place — clean, no insects, and well-maintained. The washroom shower was extremely poor, which was disappointing, but aside from that the stay was lovely. The staff were generally nice and polite. However, the only real negative experience was during checkout at 3 AM. I had five bags with me, and the staff member at reception didn’t even offer to help — he just stood there watching. That left a bad impression after an otherwise pleasant stay.」

「The room, though small, was a last minute upgrade & has the essentials including a fridge & hair dryer. 24 hr complimentary coffee, tea & drinking water was great to have especially as tap water is not potable. Breakfast cannot be faulted, ample & good variety. Ergan the concierge was very welcoming & helpful, the whole staff is ready to assist. Small hotel, big heart.」
