"I liked that this property was a short walk from the Himeji train station. If you wanted to buy groceries, the nearest stores were a good 15-20 minute walk away, but there were convenience stores nearby if needed. Lots of restaurants in the station area itself. The biggest negative that would be for this location is if you are a light sleeper, the train noise was very loud. Especially when the express shinkansen roared through Himeji station. "Overall not a bad stay, i got the open air bath room. Certain fixtures in the room were very worn and could use repairing. The bath on the patio was the highlight but it had a large leak from below causing the water to drain out faster than it could fill it. Breakfast was great and they had tatami tables. Overall not bad for the money but could be better"
