Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. "スタッフの方々対応が信じられなかった。翌日登山の為、送迎の問合せたところ、可能なうえに、こちらのホテルに宿泊すると別ルートで便利な登山方法があると知らされ、朝食のみの予約を申し込んだが、実際にはここちらの送迎を利用すると時間内に下山するのが難しいうえに、お迎えも時間制限があると当日迎えの電話をした際に告げられた。100歩譲って、お互いの理解違いがあったとしても、いい加減な情報と最終的に迎えに来られたが、見知らぬ土地の駅で重い荷物を抱え走って時間に間に合わせるために移動させられ、電話の対応でこちらがどれだけ困惑し、肉体的にも精神的にも参っていることは分かるのに、お詫びや労いの言葉は一切なく、ニコニコ笑顔で単に事務的な対応をされ、フロントの別の方も状況を分かっておられてもなお、事務的な対応されるだけで、呆れて言葉が出なかった。　通されたお部屋も古く、カメムシや他の虫が入り込んでおりなかなかの部屋だった。これまで、他の宿泊先が親切だっただけに悔やまれる。。。"

This resort has an amazing location with a gorgeous view of Lake Hibara and Mt. Bandai, and the Five Colored Ponds. Their staff members are very formal and friendly and has a great restaurant buffet. The rooms and building itself are in okay condition with some scuffs and stains, but overall an excellent place with a very unique gift store with great items like food, snacks, and gifts. The traditional Japanese room is very nice
