"Room was spotless, had very nice beds with great comforters and just enough room for 4 people. Kids loved the bunk beds and each bed had a USB charger. The included breakfast was delicious and the coffee a great way to start a full day. Hotel was in the middle of Tokyo, so very close to the main sights. Laundry was very helpful. "

"Akihabara Bay Hotel is a great choice for women traveling solo. The capsules are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly cozy. The whole place feels safe and well-maintained, with secure keycard access and a quiet atmosphere. It's just a few minutes from Akihabara Station. It’s budget-friendly. Ideal for a short stay or a quick stop in Tokyo."

"A great stay within walking distance from the main attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in Akihabara. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and having a kitchen and decent sized fridge were great amenities to have access to. The stay was generally excellent, however there were some fairly minor issues, such as inconsistencies between room amenities (one of the two rooms had soap in the bathroom while the other didn't, while one room had dish soap but the other didn't), and some property wear-and-tear (mould smell in the shower room that was present when water was not running). There was also a minor issue where I had booked 2 rooms through Expedia, but when checking in, the hotel's booking platform only saw 1 of the rooms. The issue was resolved quickly, but I'm very glad there was a helpful employee present at the front desk to resolve the problem for us while we were checking in."
