「Our trip to Dallas was quick and hectic but enjoyed having a great place to spend our evenings. Parking was easy and access to cross town highways made travel easy. Nice skyline views from bedroom. We felt at home as soon as we arrived when the virtual fireplace greeted us. Tanner was wonderful and responsive when I had questions. Highly recommend his Western Chic Retreat.」

「Very comfortable, clean condo convenient to Cedar Springs and the activities there. Quiet and safe location. I'll stay here again. Host was exceptional with his communication and concern for my stay. Definitely will stay here again.」

「We stayed here for Dreamhack and the apartment was great. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very easy walk to the convention center and we would happily stay here again when we come back for anything at the convention center. 」

「This property host never communicated with us and left us stranded without a place to stay when we arrived in Dallas. VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!」

「If I could give this place more stars I would. The host is wonderful and very accommodating. She was also very kind when I lost her key card. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is clean and very comfortable. I would stay again next time we are in Dallas. Highly recommend this apartment. Great communication from the host. 」

「Who could it be knocking at my door!?!?! If this owner were singing on Oct 1st, this is the song that I am sure he was singing. Starting about 6 days prior to this rental, I started contacting the host to find out what the check-in process was. I sent a total of 3 emails, none of which were ever answered. I also tried to call the number listed on the advertisement, but all I ever got was a voicemail prompt. I left 2 messages - the day before and the day our rental was supposed to start. I...

「Communication with management/owner was not very good. I was unprepared for the check-in process. It was different than any other check in process. Having to download apps and have separate security deposits taken at check-in was horrible and inconvenient. The location was great for walking to the convention center and restaurants in the middle of town. The apartment was very nice, a little bit noisy but fulfilled our requirements.」

「Great neighborhood and location. Felt safe walking the dog late at night or early in the morning. The Union Cafe and Zaguan were great and walkable. We really liked Village Bakery and Cafe which is just a two or three minute further walk from Union. We’d stay again!」

「Apartment in a very old building in East Dallas. Furnishings and decor are very nice.Floors are uneven from building settling. No hall light in back door entryway. Wood around door frame of back entry door is busted.We were there for baby in NICU at Baylor, and the location was ideal.」
