Loved it there! When we first stepped in room it felt warm and welcoming! They had jazz music playing, two fiji water bottles, and a name card. I felt very welcomed! Very digital place! Views were great! Everything we wanted in a hotel! Loved the tower club! The emails were very good at explaining parking and how to use elevators. Definitely want to come back!

Great property, lovely people working there! Really enjoyed the stay!

Hotel pool is fantastic and the rooms are unique and spacious. Biggest perk we were unaware of was free hotel transit within 4 miles. This covers most tourist destinations, sporting events and restaurants in the area, so we never needed to get a cab!

Clean and food options were great.

My first time in Dallas, and this was a wonderful place to stay. Communication with Austin was clear and timely. My questions were answered, instructions on how to access the unit were straightforward, and I was always met with kindness. The size of the home, the included amenities, and the location were great. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to get anywhere you need in a timely manner by car or uber. DT, Deep Elum are within 10 mins. The home was...

Staff was helpful, hotel was nice and clean, the paid offsite parking was a bit far to walk, but the overall experience was great, going back again soon.

Fantastic place! Great staff, expensive candy. :-)

Very simple, minimalist feel, yet stylish. Suite had lots of natural light. Tub was amazing. Surrounding street area is not nice though. It was nice having an expansive view of the outdoors, but there wasn’t much nice to see.

Had a great stay, the front desk manager was amiable.

Nice upscale hotel in the area of Dallas close to American Airlines stadium. We were kind of in and out, but the essential needs were all met. Comfortable bed, air conditioner would crank down low and get the room really cold, it was quiet, no slamming doors down the hall, the refrigerator worked, there was bottled water in the room, and the curtains / room darkening shades were able to filter out all the outside light. Breakfast was outstanding, the separate food and snack section was...

As always, thoroughly enjoyed my stay at hotel indigo.

It was great and conveniently located to the hospital.

Gorgeous facilities. Excellent customer service.

I literally gag from how overwhelmed I was with excitement. My first reaction to my chamber was breath taking. I have been to several of 5 star hotels and the Virgin is definitely top tier. Great service all around starting from velvet all the way to check out. I have already recommended The Virgin hotel to several of my colleagues and friends. Thank you for a wonderful staycation experience ❤️

Perfect uptown hotel .. Beautiful Roof Top Bar.. Excellent staff ..

A really beautiful and historic hotel. There were a number of weddings happening during our stay there and the escalated as well as some of the elevators were not working. Waited up to 15 minutes to get an elevator that wasn’t packed. Some folks were taking the stairs from the 18th floor. Also, housekeeping was very inconsistent. They would forget towels or soap and one day just didn’t come at all. That won’t deter us from staying there again, it’s a beautiful hotel with great staff that had...

The best spot in Dallas for the money. Room was immaculate. I wish my home was as well appointed. When there's a $350 throw on the bed, yer in rare air. Everything was spotless. Glass and marble. Parking was free and convenient. Pool area looks like a resort. Best views of the city a five story can get. Convenience stores, food and bar options easily walkable. Only knock was the restaurant service but that's par for the course these days. Actually, the tex-mex spot in the basement was solid. The...

We were in town for a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion. This location was good and the staff was attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and the breakfast was tasty. A good place to stay, we would stay here again
