très bof… chambre glauque. aucun petit plus. aucun échantillon t’aies d’oreillers sales !!! et housse de couette trop petite pour le lit. très basique d’ailleurs, dur et pas de sur matelas. ps : il grince à chaque mouvement !

A notre arrivé on apprend que la piscines est fermé un début septembre part une employée pas du tous sympathiques, nous avons une chambres près de la route bouillante, une petit bouteille d´eau pour deux dans la chambre. Nous avions pris la demi pension on nous a fait manger au bar avec un choix restreint, franchement très dessus pour 300€, allez voir ailleurs c´est un conseil.

Bon séjours dans l'ensemble

Globalement nous avons passés un bon séjour dans une belle bâtisse avec un jolie cadre et grande piscine qui sûrement lui donne les 4 étoile . Dommage que l'accueil, le service et le ménage en chambre ne suivent pas. Peut-être la faut au début de saisons et des personnes pas a leurs place car le manque de professionnalisme et d'envie de certains étaient bien là

Site très agréable, très calme. L'hôtel est largement surcôté : équipements chambre et sdb moyen bas de gamme, écran TV minuscule, climatisation très bruyante même à l'arrêt. Le service est inexistant : bien qu'arrivé au restaurant de l'hôtel à l'heure prévue à la réservation, je n'ai eu droit qu'à une bière, puis j'ai attendu carte et prise de commande pendant 40'. Au nième passage du serveur devant ma table sans un regard, j'ai quitté la table et l'hôtel pour me mettre en quête d'un restaurant dans les alentours, que j'ai trouvé rapidement et où j'ai pu dîner. Le pdj est correct sans plus. Bref, un 4* digne d'un 2*...

Les prestations et l’état général de l’hôtel ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un 4* et au standard d’un hôtel Mercure (régulièrement fréquenté..). L’hôtel semble peu ou mal entretenu : à l’extérieur nombreux mur défraichis. Marche d accés a la terrasse du restaurant cassée. Pelouse rabougrie. Bassin d’eau vide. Espace extérieur des chambres non désherbé. Idem pour le terrain de boules. Banc extérieur renversé...aspirateur abandonné une journée dans le couloir.liste non exhaustive.. Tout semble un peu à l’abandon. A la réception vue sur les bureaux encombrés de cartons .paper board d’informations brouillon façon camping...la parti restauration est aussi perfectible. Carte d’accès au chambre inopérante au bout de 24h.panne d’électricité au petit déjeuner le premier jour et visite furtive d’un petit rongeur (no comment..) pendant le deuxième déjeuner dans la cour exterieure.au moment de partir on me réclame 160€ alors que tout avait était réglé à l’ avance. A part 2 bières au restaurant. Pendant le séjour nous n’avons vu ni croisé personne qui ressemblait à un manager ou un responsable ceci explique peut etre cela...Notre plus mauvais souvenir d un hotel 4* en bientot 40 ans de voyage...

DRAMATIQUE !!!

35 ans de déplacements professionnels favec 4 nuits d'hôtel par semaine me laisse penser que c'est en client avisé que je m'exprime ici, vous en conviendrez certainement. Déception totale à mon arrivée dans cet établissement. Si la bâtisse laisse rêveur de par sa splendeur à l'arrivée, les chambres font le même effet toutes proportions inverses tant les chambres y sont morbides en terme de confort et décoration. J'ai eu le sentiment de me retrouver dans une chambre de caserne militaire (mal entretenue) les murs laissent apparaitre des traces d'enduit, la peinture n'a pas été refaite depuis des années, les volets sont très difficiles à fermer, la salle de bain exiguë offre une douche ancienne ou l'eau a du mal à s'écouler, la literie n'offre absolument aucun confort. Les portes non insonorisées donnent le sentiment de dormir dans le couloir dès lors qu'un client marche dans les allées qui elles même sont équipées de portes qui grincent. Bref, à fuir absolument Je donne une note de 2/20 à cet établissement qui facture tout de même aux alentour s de 100€ la nuit. Juste délirant.

j'ai passé deux nuitées cause séminaire, un peu bruyant les portes ne sont pas étanches, le lendemain le lit est refait mais pas le ménage, j'ai du manger dans la chambre pour préparer ma réunion la veille et la poubelles n'a pas été vidée. Un repas au restaurant, un peu long et pas de pain malgré l'avoir demandé c'est un Mercure, j'ai réglé 250€ sans le repas, on trouve aussi bien dans un Ibis voir mieux

Pleasant stay with a couple caveats

Overall a pleasant stay at the hotel. Well maintained property and a helpful staff. The air conditioning was out during our stay, but they had a fan in the room which worked out fine and the staff made other agreeable arrangements for us to make up for it. No mini fridge in the room which was a downside. There was also no vegetarian main dish at the restaurant (fish doesn't count as vegetarian!) and would not necessarily recommend eating there if you can avoid it. The pool and the lounge areas around it are definitely the highlight of the hotel!

Quelle déception !

Hôtel qui pourrait être vraiment bien (bâtiment de caractère provencal grande piscine jardin avec vue sur la campagne ...) Mais gros probleme d’entretien et de confort : chambre avec murs décrépis , sales, lits vieux et inconfortables mauvaise insonorisation (surtout avec la route très bruyante qui longe l’hôtel ) petit déjeuner mal géré (pas de pain et incapacité à gérer le flux ) ... Le personnel fait de son mieux mais la direction laisse se dégrader un établissement qui a pourtant beaucoup de potentiel
