"I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. "Excellent accomodation, clean, tidy, good amenities and quite comfortable. Bathroom just a bit snug but otherwise very good. Excellent range to choose from for breakfast and had a choice of almost real coffee (automatice machine not barista) but best breakfast coffee yet in Japan."

"Semi-double is spacious, enough for my yoga mat and I could stretch my arms out. Water pressure good, hot (4th floor); walls a bit thin (woken up by next door’s snoring). Breakfast was overwhelming. Eat up for your 2,009¥ breakfast and you won’t need any more food for the day! Bath was nice, but could be 1-2C hotter. Will return next time I come to work @universitybbb"
