「Loved the lakefront view, the private parking and boats. The room could use some repairs, mostly what looks to be some pretty bad water damage/mildew in the bathroom. The entrance into the building has a carpet that's pulling up and causing a trip hazard. The staff was kind enough to provide us a corkscrew when we asked for one and we got a complimentary glad of champagne when we got there which was nice.」

「Front desk gentleman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Asked for a couple extra pillows and he immediately obtained them for us. We were on the 2nd floor. No elevator but I knew that from the description. Spacious room with king bed that was comfortable enough for one night. Price point was much better than other hotels in Saranac. Free parking onsite. Cons-no shampoo in the shower dispenser. Ice machine not working on 2nd floor. Breakfast was bleak- no hot protein. Cereals, waffle machine,...
