"Set up a reservation a month in advance for 2 queen beds in a nonsmoking room. Get there. They give me a room with a single king bed in a nonsmoking room. I let them know of the mistake. They try and fix it. Put me and my group in a smoking 2 queen bed room. Which means they gave away my reservation. Very disappointing.
The overall cleanliness of the room was atrocious as well. Stains on all the chairs and blankets. Most of the outlets didn’t work. They had people wonder into the parking lot...
