Hello,
I wanted to share some feedback regarding the room. The pillows could be improved, as they were not very comfortable. Additionally, the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable—you can feel the metal frame at the bottom, which makes it difficult to rest properly.
I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it significantly affected our comfort during the stay.

Reserved a queen bed smoking room . 1st floor room . Ac unit worked well, room was clean, and shower was well maintained. Microwave and fridge were in the room. Black out curtains kept the room nice and dark . The bed was super comfortable. All in all a really great place if you are traveling. I’ve stayed here every time I need to stay in the area .
