「Not being from the area, I was confused with where to park, etc. the young man who checked me in did an awesome job helping me figure out how to get to the parking garage. I have a special needs child and they were very nice (and tolerant!) after a long drive and day when he struggled with having to park before going to our room. The room was exceptionally clean, bed felt AMAZING to my broken spine, and the shower! Talk about heaven! They seemed to sense that we needed a room as far from people...
